M. Palia, Independent Director of the Company, vide his letter dated 7th August, 2018 submitted his resignation as Independent Director of the Company to be effective from 8th August, 2018 in view of his advancing age and on health ground. Consequently, Mr. Palia will also cease to be the Member of all the Committees of the Company with effect from the said date.
The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 7th August, 2018 accepted his resignation and also placed on record their appreciation for the valuable contribution made by him during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.
