1. To approve Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
2. To approve and to take on record the text of Standalone and Consolidated Audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018.
3. To consider dividend for the financial year 2017-18.
Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and other employees covered under the code from the closure of business hours on May 16, 2018 till the closure of business hours of June 01, 2018. |
