This is to inform you that in view of the announcement of Anti-Dumping duty levied by USA on import of Large Diameter Pipes from India, the Company has been receiving calls from investors, analysts and media about impact of the same on the business of the Company.

In this regard, we wish to place on record that our Company has neither exported pipes to USA in the recent past and nor has any outstanding order from USA in the present order book. The concern of investors and analysts of any possible adverse impact on business/performance of the Company due to such action by US administration is unfounded.
