1) The 29th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company has been scheduled on Friday, the 28th September, 2018.
2) Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 22nd September, 2018 to Friday, 28th September, 2018, (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and ascertaining entitlement of dividend for 2017-18, if declared at the AGM.
