| Exchange Received Time 10/11/2018 14:44:15 Exchange Disseminated Time 10/11/2018 14:44:21 Time Taken 00:00:06 | Further to our letter dated 22nd October, 2018, we would like to inform you that on account of the closure order received from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB), the Company had closed the manufacturing activities of the plant located at Plot No. G-73, M.I.D.C., Tarapur Industrial Area, Boisar-401506, Dist. Palghar manufacturing flexible packaging with effect from 23rd October, 2018, afternoon onwards and also has suitably replied to Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB).
The Company has now received a letter dated 6th November, 2018 from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) to restart the manufacturing activities subject to fulfilment of certain terms & conditions as stated in the said letter with respect to effluent treatment conditions.
The company has accordingly restarted its manufacturing activities from 6th November, 2018, midnight onwards.
