| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/04/2018 11:01:36 | Adani Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 10, 2018, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018.
The Board of Directors at the said meeting inter alia will also consider to recommend the following:
1. to raise funds by issue of Equity Shares / Convertible Bonds through Qualified Institutional Placement [QIP] / GDR / ADR / FCCBs / FCEBs / Convertible Securities.
2. to issue Secured / Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis.
3. to recommend final dividend, if any on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all specified persons of the Company from April 30, 2018 to May 12, 2018 (both days inclusive).
Further, the Company will hold Post Results Conference Call with investors on May 10, 2018 to discuss the financial performance of the Company. |
