This is in continuation to our letter Ref. No. FHL/SEC/STEX/RR/2018-19 dated April 12, 2018 whereby, it was informed that the Board of Directors of Fortis Healthcare Limited ('the Company') has received an unsolicited binding offer from Hero Enterprise Investment Office ('Hero' or 'Munjals') and Burman Family Office ('Burmans') with a proposal to invest in the Company.
It is hereby informed that the Company today i.e. April 19, 2018, has received a improved binding offer, as attached herewith, from Hero/Munjals and Burmans to invest directly into the Company. As informed earlier, the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet today i.e. April 19, 2018 to consider all the options.
We will keep the stock exchanges updated/informed in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
