| Exchange Received Time 15/08/2018 21:50:58 Exchange Disseminated Time 15/08/2018 21:51:06 Time Taken 00:00:08 | In terms of regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, we hereby inform you that there was a fire in Namkeen Division of Plant of the Company situated at Plot No. 75-76-77, GIDC Estate, Amreli, Gujarat on August 15, 2018, around 7 O'clock in the morning.
Fortunately, there has been no loss or injury to any human life. The fire was controlled within the time causing the least effect on plant and machineries. However, the Company is in the process of ascertaining the actual reason and loss caused by the incidence. The Company has already informed the Insurance Company of the same. The Company is taking adequate steps to ensure re-functioning of Namkeen Division in few days.
There are no damages accrued in Milk & Ice Cream division.
