Ltd., for sale of 100 % equity investment held by the Company in Atul Sugar Screens Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary company. Pursuant to the said SPA, the last date for closing the transaction is May 31, 2018.
In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the disclosure for the said divestment of equity investment is enclosed as ANNEXURE-1.
