Dubash Marg, Kala Ghoda, Mumbai 400 001, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2018.
Under the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities, viz. Equity Shares, will remain closed for all specified persons of the Company from July 16, 2018 till the expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2018 are made public.
