Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 22nd September, 2018 to Saturday, 29thSeptember, 2018, (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 110th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 29th September, 2018.
The Cut-off date for reckoning the voting rights of the members for remote e-voting and voting at the AGM venue is 22nd September, 2018. The remote e-voting period commences on 26th September, 2018 (9:00 am) and ends on 28th September, 2018(5:00 pm) both days inclusive.
