| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/05/2018 12:04:03 | Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve:
1. the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2018;
2. recommend the Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year March 31, 2018; and
3. fix the date of Annual General Meeting and book closure.
Further, pursuant to the DBSlL (Code of Conduct for Insider Trading) Rules, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 21, 2018 till May 30, 2018 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall re-open on May 31, 2018. |
