2)Recommended Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (i.e. 15%) on equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2018, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Seventy Third (73rd) Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be paid within thirty (30) days from the date of the approval of the Shareholders.
