Further to our letter dated 5th April, 2018 intimating the Meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on 11th May, 2018, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at the same meeting may also consider recommendation of dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2018 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
We will communicate the Board's decision in this regard, after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
