We further inform you that in terms of the Himadri's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and connected persons (including their immediate relatives) from 22 May 2018 to 31 May 2018 (both days inclusive).
The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company's Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
