| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/05/2018 16:30:33 | J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2018, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following:
1. The Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2018 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date.
2. The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018;
3. To consider the proposal for recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018.
Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" adopted by the Company, the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the
Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code shall be closed from May 19, 2018 to May 31, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
