Valsad, Gujarat - 396 195 on Friday, 7th September, 2018 at 10.30 a.m. to transact the Ordinary and Special business set out in the Notice dated 17th July, 2018.
NOTICE is also hereby given pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 1st September, 2018 to Friday, 7th September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
