Further, the Registered Office of the Company be and hereby shifted from Office No.6, 3rd Floor, C Wing, Laxmi Towers, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai - 400051 TO 6th Floor, BMTC Commercial Complex, 80 Feet Road, Koramangala, Karnataka, - 560095 w.e.f. November 09, 2018, as per new Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Bangalore.
