The notice in this connection is being dispatched to the members.
Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday,12th September, 2018 to Tuesday,18th September, 2018 (both days inclusive ) for the purpose of the 31st , Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2018. It is also notified that the divided for the year ended 31st March, 2018 will be made payable to those shareholders whose names stands on the Register of Members as on the cut- off date i.e. Tuesday, 11th, September, 2018.
E-Voting will be start on Saturday, 15th September, 2018 at 9.00 a.m. and ends on Monday 17th September, 2018 at 5.00 p.m.
