Mr. Manish Choksi is the son of Mr. Mahendra Choksi, Non - Executive Director of the Company and forms part of the Promoter(s) & Promoter(s) Group of the Company.
In view of above, Mr. Manish Choksi has resigned from the services of the Company as President - International, IT, HR & Chemicals.
In accordance with the circular issued by Stock Exchanges dated 20th June, 2018, we hereby confirm that Mr. Manish Choksi is not debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority. |
