2018, aggregating to dividend of 60% (Rs. 1.20 per equity share) {including Interim Dividend of Re. 0.70 per share (Seventy Paise Only) (35%) paid to the shareholders on March 01 2018}, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM to be held on August 08, 2018, will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of AGM date. |
