This is to inform that as per the Company's Code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading for Designated Employees, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018 for all Designated Persons of the Company and their dependents from 15th May, 2018 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the company to Stock Exchanges i.e. the date of Board Meeting of the Company which will be held on Tuesday, 22nd May, 2018 at 2.00 P.M at the Registered office of the Company.
