In this connection, we enclose herewith the said Financial Results, the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, the Press Release and the Earnings Presentation for the quarter ended 30th June 2018, which are being uploaded on the website of the Bank, in terms of the Listing Regulations.
Please note that the said results were reviewed and approved by the Board today at 05.45 p.m.
Also, please note that blackout period which is in-force from 21st June 2018 will end on 1st August 2018 (both days inclusive), consequently, the trading window will commence from 2nd August 2018 and will remain in force up to 20th September 2018 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Share Dealing Code of the Bank. |
