Trading Window Closure:
In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in Securities of the Company from April 25, 2018 to May 16, 2018 (both days inclusive) with regard to approval of financials and recommendation of dividend if any.
