Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we disclose the following change in Directorship of the Company.
By virtue of operation of law, Mrs. Indira Sundararajan, ceased to be the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 9th May, 2018 [provision of section 196 (3) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013 , attaining the age 70] and will continue to remain as a Non - Executive Director.
