This is to inform you that Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd (KCPL) is acting as the RTA of the Company in respect of Listed Equity Shares and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by the Company by way of public issue and on private placement basis.

Company has been informed by KCPL that pursuant to Order of the Hyderabad Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal, the operations of KCPL, have been transferred on ongoing basis to Karvy Fintech Pvt Ltd with effect from 17.11.18.

Pursuant to and in terms of the aforesaid Order, all existing agreements to which KCPL is a party, including the Tripartite agreements entered into by the Company with KCPL, shall remain in full force and effect as if Karvy Fintech Pvt Ltd has been a party thereto.

We request you to take note of the same and update in your records the name of Karvy Fintech Private Limited, as the RTA of the Company in respect of Equity NCDs issued by the Company by way of public issue as well as by way of private placement.
