Rs. 1,000 million.
Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 19,17,68,770/- comprising of 1,91,76,877 Equity Shares to Rs. 21,82,93,970/- comprising of 2,18,29,397 Equity Shares.
