| Exchange Received Time 03/04/2018 22:27:43 Exchange Disseminated Time 03/04/2018 22:27:47 Time Taken 00:00:04 | This is in continuation of our earlier communication dated March 22, 2018, wherein we had informed that the Company has received an Order from the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (Tax Department), rejecting the application for stay of penalty demand and directing the Company to pay Rs.131.04 crores, for assessment year 2009-10.
In this regard, we wish to inform you that based on legal advice, the Company on April 2, 2018 had filed a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi against the above said order issued by the Tax Department.
