This is in continuation to our earlier letter dated May 7, 2018, wherein we had informed that the Company along with its executives (including ex-executives) had filed an appeal before the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (SAT) against the order dated March 16, 2018 issued by SEBI.
In this regard, we wish to inform you that the matter was listed today for hearing before SAT wherein SEBI sought an adjournment to file its reply. SAT has directed SEBI to file its reply within 4 weeks and the Company to file rejoinder within 2 weeks thereafter. The matter is now listed for hearing on August 2, 2018.
