The remote e-voting will commence on 9.00 A.M. on June 11, 2018 and will end on 5.00 P.M. on June 13, 2018.
The Notice for the 24th AGM and copy of the newspaper advertisement published in this regard are attached herewith for your information and records. The Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2017 - 2018 will be submitted to you after the same is approved and adopted in the 24th AGM of the Company in terms of Regulation 34 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
