Further it is stated that as per the Company's code of Internal Procedures and conduct for regulation, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for the designated employees, promoters and concerned persons covered under the said code of the Company from 18th October, 2018 to 26th October, 2018 (both days inclusive).
