Standalone and ConsolidatedUnaudited Financial Results for thequarter and nine months ended December31, 2017of the financial year 2017-18. The above unaudited results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company, at their respective meetings held today i.e. February13, 2018.
Further like to inform that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have subjected the above unaudited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017to 'Limited Review'.
A copy of the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 together with a copy of the 'Limited Review Reports are enclosed. |
