1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018.
2. Fix day, time and place of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended on March 31, 2018 and other connected matters.
3. To fix the date of closure of Registers of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company.
Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & Code of Conduct framed thereunder, the trading window will remain closed from 05th August, 2018 to 16th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all directors & designated employees of the Company.
