Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Shri Alok Singh also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company. .
Hence, pursuant to Regulation 30 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Shri Vipul Doshi, Chief Financial Officer of the Company will be the Compliance Officer of the Company till such time the qualified Company Secretary is appointed by the Company.
