2. Notice of Postal Ballot and Postal Ballot Form dated December 3, 2018 for obtaining the consent of shareholders to migrate from SME Platform of BSE Limited to Main Board of BSE Limited; and
3. Appointment Messers. Navneet Agrawal & Associates, Practicing Chartered Accountants, (FRN:015892S),to act as a scrutinizer for the transaction.
4. Fixing of cut-off date and appointment of agency for E-voting.
