In this regards please find enclosed a copy of the Corrigendum issued by the Company in the Free Press & Nav Shakti on July 18, 2018. This Corrigendum should be read in conjunction with the EGM Notice dated June 29, 2018.
This Corrigendum is being issued to give notice to amend the date of relevant date because as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulation, 2009 the Relevant date shall be thirty days prior to the date on which the meeting of shareholders is held to consider the proposed preferential issue [Where the relevant date falls on a Weekend/Holiday, the day preceding the Weekend/Holiday will be reckoned to be the relevant date] and in the Notice The Relevant date mentioned is July 01, 2018, which is Sunday, so relevant date shall be preceding date i.e. June 30, 2018.
