International Travel House Limited shall remain closed from Saturday, 25th August, 2018 to Wednesday, 5th September, 2018, both days inclusive on account of 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company convened on Wednesday, the 5th day of September, 2018 at 9.30 a.m. Proposed dividend of Rs. 4.25p per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018, if declared at AGM, will be paid on Thursday, 13 September 2018.
The above may be taken as compliance to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations.
