Further, we wish to inform you that for the above purpose and in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for the designated persons from August 30th 2018 to September 4th 2018 (both days inclusive). |
