As disclosed therein, the Board Meeting commenced at 14:20 Hours and was adjourned for later in the day, for the purposes of taking up other matters.
This is to inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company was re-commenced at 1445 Hours and has finally concluded at 1830 Hours.
