Further, as per the provisions of the Company''s Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code with effect from May 17, 2018 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2018 to the public.
