1. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 8th September, 2018 to Friday 14th September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and ascertaining the entitlement of dividend (if declared).
2. Further, the final dividend for the financial year 2017-18 on the equity shares of the Company shall be payable on & from 19th September, 2018, if declared, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on 14th September, 2018. The dividend warrants would be posted on or after 19th September, 2018 and within the prescribed period.
