Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company Shall remain closed from Saturday, the 22nd September, 2018 to Friday, the 28th September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for taking record of Members of the Company for the purpose of 34th Annual General Meeting.
Pursuant to the provision of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended from time to time) and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, the 21st September, 2018 as Cut-Off date to determine the entitlement of Members to participate in voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
