Ltd, situated at Unit 1, Luthra Ind Premises, Safed Pool, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400072, for the purpose of issuing certificate under Regulation 40(9) of the Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with the Stock Exchange.
Based on our examination and explanations furnished to us, which to the best of our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of our certification, we hereby certify that for the half year ended 30th September, 2018;
A) The Company and/or Registrar and Share Transfer Agents have not received any request for transfers of equity shares, renewal, exchange or endorsements of calls/allotment monies.
