| Exchange Received Time 21/08/2018 18:01:00 Exchange Disseminated Time 21/08/2018 18:01:03 Time Taken 00:00:03 | | Further to our letter dated 18th July, 2018 & pursuant to an order dated 17th May, 2018 as modified by a further order dated 16th July, 2018 of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench, a meeting of the unsecured creditors of Robust Hotels Private Limited(RHPL), the step-down subsidiary of the Company, was held today at 12:00 noon at Hyatt Regency Chennai, 365, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai - 600018 to approve the Scheme of Arrangement between GJS Hotels Limited, the Company and RHPL & their respective shareholders under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Scheme). The meeting concluded at 4:00 p.m. At the above meeting, the unsecured creditors of RHPL have unanimously approved the Scheme.Further, please note that RHPL is an unlisted entity & this updates is furnished by the Company as RHPL and the Company are parties to the Scheme. Thus, this update may be treated as a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. |
