2. Recommendation of Payment of dividend for the Financial Year 2017-2018 ended on March 31, 2018.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 16, 2018 to May 27, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all Directors, Designated Officers and Covered Persons, as per the Company’s internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, as required under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. |
