(Q2).
Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all Connected/Designated Persons from October 24, 2018 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchange.
