Pursuant to Regulation 42(1) (a), it is informed that 23 February, 2018 has been fixed, as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the interim dividend for 2017-18.
Further, the payment of the interim dividend will be made to the shareholders on or before 14 March, 2018.
