| Exchange Received Time 30/11/2018 14:53:03 Exchange Disseminated Time 30/11/2018 14:53:08 Time Taken 00:00:05 | The Company has been informed today by its share transfer agent Karvy Computershare Private Limited (KCPL) that pursuant to the scheme of arrangement and amalgamation approved by the Hyderabad Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal vide its order dated 23 October 2018, the operations of KCPL has been transferred to Karvy Fintech Private Limited with effect from 17th November, 2018. Share transfer agent has further informed that the existing agreement between KCPL and the Company shall be in full force and shall accordingly vest with Karvy Fintech Private Limited.
We request you to take a note of the same and update the name of Karvy Fintech Private Limited as the Share Transfer Agents of the Company in your records |
