a) The Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018.
b) Re-appointment of Shri Sanjiv Jajodia (DIN: 00036339) as the Whole-time Director of the Company for further term of 5 years with effect from 30th June, 2018
c) Re-appointment of Shri Amit Kumar Majumdar (DIN: 00194123) as the Executive Director of the Company for a term of one year with effect from 14th August, 2018
d) The Board has considered and approved the delisting of equity shares of the Company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. |
