As per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that pursuant to Rule 6 of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended from time to time, Company has sent letters to the shareholders regarding the transfer of unpaid Dividend for the FY 2010-11 and transfer of shares on which dividend has not been claimed for 7 consecutive years i.e., from FY 2010-11 to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) and simultaneously published a Public Notice in the following newspapers:
1.Financial Express (all edition) in English Language dated 23.07.2018
2.Jansatta (all edition) in Hindi Language dated 23.07.2018.
